Dr. Aghayan is a true artist as well as a very skilled surgeon. I'm passed middle age but yet he was able to bring out the "young" in me with my breast augmentation. The surgical center that he uses is top notch. His staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable in all the services that they provide. I would highly recommend Apres Plastic Surgery to anyone.

I would rate Dr Aghayan as a top notch surgeon who not only does incredible work but educated me on how to get the results I wanted for body contouring. The process was in stages . Each team member including the Nurse Practitioner Kristy helped with the process of weight loss management. I cannot emphasize enough, the importance of receiving quality direction from your surgeon. The surgery went well as did the post procedure follow up care. I trust Dr. Aghayan enough for additional surgical procedures in the future. Due to a previous breast augmentation and 2 revision surgeries I suffer from PTBD (post traumatic breast disorder 😆). I can honestly say that Dr. Aghayan has revived my confidence in cosmetic surgeons. After having too large of implants for nearly 20 years I decided to downsize and in my quest to find THE best cosmetic surgeon in the Pacific NW I found Dr. Aghayan. My first impression: I found him to be a tad arrogant (sorry 😉) but my husband immediately liked him. I quickly realized what I perceived as arrogance was just passion for his craft. I spent countless hours researching reviews and photos and had multiple consultations with top-rated surgeons. Dr. Aghayan quickly became the obvious choice and I am so glad I listened to my husband. I could not be happier with my results and I am admittedly hard to please. After 2 previous revisions I was not confident that the results I wanted were possible but Dr. Aghayan proved me wrong, let's say he understand the assignment! The entire team at Apres is wonderful-organized, efficient, and professional. Dr. Aghayan brings a perfect blend of experience, knowledge and compassion. Do not let his good looks and phenomenal hair fool you, he is quite funny and very welcoming. Apres and Dr. Aghayan truly are the complete package!

I felt welcomed and supported through the entire process of my breast reduction, from my initial call with Samantha to my most recent follow-up. I appreciate that Dr. Aghayan was honest about how much could be taken off while maintaining proportion to my frame—as much as I would love to be an A-cup, it wouldn't have looked right. I am 2 weeks post-op from breast reduction/lift and liposuction procedures with Après and am already loving my results even this early in recovery. I recently underwent a Tummy Tuck and a BBL with Dr. Aghayan. I'm 62 and was looking forward to having a flat tummy. He suggested I also get a BBL. I'm so happy I did. The results exceeded my expectation. I'm thrilled with both. From the moment I walked into his office , I felt welcomed and at ease. On February 7th of 2024 I made an appointment at Apres Plastic Surgery to inquire about Tummy Tuck. After 2 years of struggling with weight I still had a significant amount of weight to lose and I thought that a Tummy Tuck and some Lipo would be the solution to my problem. I meet with Dr. Aric and Kristy and was evaluated for the surgery. Sadly I still needed to lose a significant amount of weight, Lipo and Tummy Tuck can only do so much, the weight has to come off, period, for it to be effective and safe to perform. I started Tirzepatide and managed to lose the weight needed for the surgery. I lost 40lbs on the medication, but not only was it amazing in helping me lose weight, it also helped me get my diet more balanced by controlling my appetite. Prior to the medication, I was working out 4 days a week, counting calories, lifting heavy weight I managed to lose weight, but I hit a plateau and could not get past it, Trizepatied helped me get past it. Kristy was incredible to work with and thanks to her and her advice I was able to have the surgery and have AmaZinG results! I lost 40lbs and only lost 4lbs of muscle mass. Today was my 3 month post surgery appointment and I am so happy with the results. I am still on the medication, I want to loose 20 more lb. This medication has helped me so much that I’m actually scare to come off it. Thank you Kristy and Aric, you guys are amazing!💗 I highly recommend GLP-1 medication (Trizepatied) and Apres Plastic Surgery!🤗💜

Stop your research, Dr. Aghayan is the man to get the job done. I went into stalker ex-girlfriend mode, to dig up everything I could find about this man’s work. I definitely have trust issues when it comes to photos because we know AI can make anything look beyond perfect. I only go surgeons who have worked on people that I can see, feel and touch. In this case, I pushed my sister to go first, so she took one for the team. I was sold after witnessing her experience and results! I am 6 days post skinny lipo 360, and I can’t stop staring at my new naked body every chance I get when I remove my faja. Also, I am the worse patient when waking up from general anesthesia from past experiences (I was violent). For some reason, waking up to a hot surgeon must have kept me calm and at peace. It’s a plus when your surgeon is the whole package. -6 months post op photo update, thrilled to have my body back after popping out 3 babies.

I had a breast lift with implants done by Dr. Aghayan, and he did an amazing job. He’s not only incredibly skilled, but also attentive, timely, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. What stood out most is his honesty, something that can be rare to find in the world of cosmetic surgery. If I ever decide to have any future procedures, I’ll absolutely be returning to him! His team, the medical assistant/nurse and receptionist are so kind and welcoming too, a great place overall.

There really are no words to say how impressed I am with Dr. Aghayan and his lovely staff. I lost quite a bit of weight and was waiting until I found the right surgeon to fix things after the fact. I recently had the incredible opportunity to undergo my procedure, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! The initial consultation was both inviting and informative, with the staff using state-of-the-art software to help me explore my options in various sizes. I got chin/neck liposuction with renuvion at Après and I’m so glad I went with them. Dr. Aghayan and his team were nothing short of kind, professional and helpful. I am very happy with my results and have gained the confidence I had always wanted! The procedure itself was quick. I opted to use anesthesia so I was under for it. The recovery was easy as well. I was back to work in 3 days! I did have some slight nerve damage afterwards, but it came back quickly and didn’t bother me very much. If you’re considering getting this procedure, I would definitely recommend Après plastic surgery!

Thirteen years ago, I had my first breast augmentation. I was dissatisfied with the results and knew I wanted an exchange. My only hesitation in writing a review for my experience is out of worry that I wouldn’t have enough good words to accurately depict my experience with Dr. Aghyan and his team. I had a tummy tuck and fat transfer back in April. From the moment I walked into his gorgeous office for my consult (following multiple consults with other docs both in and out of state) I knew I had found my place. They were so patient and informative , professional but not pushy and put my mind at ease in all areas preparing for my procedures, answering all my questions multiple times and walking me through all of my options. The surgery went so smooth and my results have blown my mind. The follow up care and attention I received from Doc and his staff were the absolute best. I’ve always taken pride in my physical appearance and after three c sections my body felt and looked wrecked. I interviewed three plastic surgeons in the PDX area before selecting Dr. Aghayan for what I like to call a "breast rejuvenation" post babies and breastfeeding. By far he and the team at Apres were superior in all aspects from the wait time, scheduling, organization, service and most importantly, RESULTS. Dr Aghayan is personable, to-the-point and an excellent surgeon. The surgery center was also excellent. I was not an easy case by any means and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'm only 6 weeks out I already have the look I was after. I'm not usually compelled to leave reviews but if you are looking to restore volume, improve symmetry and want a naturally augmented look then definitely include Dr. Aghayan on your short-list of docs to book consults with.

My experience with Après and Dr. Aghayan has been phenomenal! I lost over 100lbs and was dealing with a lot of skin laxity and grade 4 gynocomastia. Dr. Aghayan performed a lower body lift and bilateral mastopexy in April. I’m four months out and could not be any happier with the results. Not only can I move my body more freely, but I also have more confidence than ever! I can take my shirt off in front of people without being embarrassed for the first time in my whole life. I had a breast reduction/lift about 17 years ago in Utah and I had great results but I had been feeling like it was time for a refresher. My 18 year old daughter had unfortunately inherited my large bosom by the time she was 14 and this caused her great distress. He does all he can to both achieve your personal goals, but also offer his honest perspective. I especially appreciated this as for me this was in part a revision of a past procedure and I wanted to ensure I thought of everything. He has amazing technology that can help guide you in your decision making as well, which was very helpful. I went to a few different surgeons in the last year for a lower body lift after losing 130+ pounds. The Apres staff is very responsive and makes sure you are always cared for promptly which was probably the biggest deciding factor in choosing this practice. Dr.Aghayan is very careful and strategic in order to create a plan for you that gets the results you’re looking for. My recovery wasn’t the easiest (not typical), but he was there and responsive at every obstacle which is exactly what you want if you are having surgery of any kind. The results…. Holy smokes! I’ve NEVER worn short shirts or bikinis and now at 30, I confidently wear them out and about. To say it changed my life at 30 would be an understatement. I’m extremely thankful for Dr.Aghayan and his staff.

I am currently 2 weeks out on my breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier how everything went. Dr. Aghayan is amazing!! . DR. AGHAYAN Is amazing. He is friendly, really caring, and professional. Made me feel comfortable every time. He answered all my questions and answered my concerns. Surgery was great . All the staff members were super friendly and were very helpful. Recovery went well and smooth for me... The office has a very nice clean atmosphere. Which is always good. I never questioned that I wasn't in great hands. Dr Aghayan is an awesome surgeon. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get help and get amazing results.

This is a great practice with highly talented and friendly people working throughout it in all roles. It has been a delight to be at the clinic and interact with everyone I have met - Dr Aghayan, Samantha, Chelsea, Joanna, Kayla, and Mikaela. I had liposuction and Renuvion in December to remove stubborn fat after major weight loss and rigorous exercise journey over 4 years. The whole process was reassuring and I felt comfortable at all times. Dr Aghayan is very talented and extremely approachable. I am so happy with my results. I had red light therapy as well during recovery. I also had treatments of EmScuplt Neo administered by Chelsea. The process is intense but I could feel a difference in my workouts after just one session on my abs. There is a visible difference in my abs after four sessions. Today was my three month check-in post surgery and I will honestly miss my visits to Aprés and seeing everyone. If you are considering a procedure that they offer I highly recommend contacting their team.

After two c-sections and a year of personal training, I decided I was not going to fully loose the belly without help. My abs were separated making it look like I was still pregnant. I consulted and met with a few doctor's before meeting Aric @ Apres PS and his patient coordinator Samantha. Both Aric and Samantha were friendly, educational, and honest for suggesting the right procedure for the results I was wanting to achieve. recommending my abs be sewn back together, lipo, and a tummy tuck. It has been almost two years now since my procedure and I can truly say at the one year mark you see your full results. They were not wrong about trusting the process and the amazing transformation your body goes through. I still workout to and eat healthy the maintain my results. And I still keep in touch with Apres PS as they continue to post educational content on social media as well as hosting events!! Best. Surgeon. Ever. My experience with Apreś has been nothing short of amazing. When I had questions about a breast augmentation, Samantha spent well over an hour on the phone with me answering every single question I had and clarifying so much information for me. Come consult day— Dr Aghayan never rushed me. He was the most detailed person, explaining several different options for me. Over vs under, what was best for me and my body type. Types of implants, what he thinks vs what I think, what I want, how he could make that happen, etc. I had explained I wanted a natural look despite going “under the knife” and he took this seriously. Day of my surgery he re-visited sizes and explained why he wanted to go a certain size, projection style etc. he had brought two separate sized implants to verify that leading up to my surgery, I was getting exactly what I wanted. Dr. Aghayan is not the surgeon that recommends the same style and look to every individual that walks into his clinic. He truly wants to make your goals come to life. Very thankful I trusted my gut and went with Apreś, I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my results.

Best surgery experience ever. Please don’t waste time looking for a breast augmentation elsewhere. He recently switched to Motiva implants, which are the most in demand. He does great work and is up to date on all the newest trends and techniques. I also appreciated the fact he didn’t charge a consultation fee like so many other doctors. His work is impeccable, and his prices are quite reasonable. He was a former Navy surgeon, and has years of experience. Check other reviews, and come here first.

After consulting with multiple local surgeons about correcting a botched incision line, Dr Aghayan explained and offered a newer technique. He performed the revision and I couldn’t have imagined the results to be this incredible and I didn’t anticipate that I would feel like me again. He was able to move the incision line to a more discreet location and the incision is at hairline width (7 weeks post op). Eventually it will not be visible. Impeccable incision! I recommend him as he utilizes newer techniques with proven results, has an artistic eye, and cares about your experience. He didn’t over or underpromise, but he certainly did overdeliver. I will forever be grateful, I appreciate you!

I’ve been going through a health and body transformation journey for the last 10 years, including a lack luster sculpting procedure at a different clinic. I wanted to start my 30’s out with my envisioned dream body. Dr.Aghayan has made the vision a reality. I’m only 8 weeks post op ( 360 Lipo, Arm Lipo, inner thigh lipo, “mini” BBL, and renuvion skin tightening) and I cannot stop looking in awe at the mirror as my body continues to heal. So this review will be more about me than Apre and Dr. Aghayan because I’m OBSESSED with the results. I’ve contemplated having a breast augmentation since the day I realized I was no longer developing. I finally did it (close to 40). The results are beyond my expectations. Dr. A had a vision, based on the size I chose, and created a custom plan for me and the post op healing process…Three months later my breasts are beautiful. Not super round and tight, he created a very natural drop, and they’re soft! Did not expect this. I was okay with the risk of looking “fake-ish” but not the case. Dr. A had an amazing sense of the expected outcome without over promising and thoroughly helped me understand each part of the procedure and possible outcomes. Also, temper test. There was an oat milk debacle that delayed my surgery (I’m still soooo embarrassed) and he was so sweet about it! What can I say? The man must have many sisters. Can’t wrap this up without mentioning the amazing staff and nurses. All so wonderful and made everything so easy. Thank you!!

I could not be happier with my “mommy makeover” experience and my outcome with Apres! I was referred to Dr. A by another surgeon who didn’t think I could get much improvement. I’m really happy the other guy turned me away and referred me because the other guy was wrong! There’s a reason Dr. A has all 5 star reviews and that is because he is an extremely skilled and artistic surgeon. I had an odd post op infection 3.5!weeks out and he was right on top of it and was kind and patient while I freaked out texting him daily. Everything resolved and I could not be happier with my results! I fully recommend Dr. A and Apres Plastic Surgery! You won’t find a better practice in the Portland metro area!
